Last Day of Before Raya Break (Quiz -> Sungkey/Breaking Fast -> Tutti Frutti -> Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri)

Quiz at morning just now difficult like a hell -.-“ the subject is Building Services. As I wrote on the previous post, I did not study any on that subject before quiz. It’s all about mechanical ventilation, all about air-conditioning. Most probably I will fail my quiz -.-“

My friend, Daim and me had our last Sungkey or Berbuka Puasa at The Summer mall without the two girls, Jati and Hadeeah a.k.a Hana, as they went back earlier to their hometown in Selangor/KL. Untong larrr naik flight balik hometown..huhu.

How sad because today is my last sungkey and Ramadhan together with them in diploma…in UiTM Samarahan. As I will have my practical on part/semester 5 later, this is coincidence with the month of Ramadhan next year. Hope we might continue again when we entering Degree at UiTM Shah Alam.  Such a memorable month with them J Gonna miss the bazaar Ramadhan at Desa Ilmu. Fasted with them for 19 days only.

After that, we had our Tutti Frutti. I am addicted to Tutti Frutti. The good news is we got 10% discount for student on weekday :D How lucky we are J It is my treat. By the way, thanks to the akak cashier for her friendly service.

10% student discount on weekdays only

My mum has sent some Raya cakes/biscuits to my Mirian friend, Batrisya at airport, to thank her family for gave me place to stay at Miri. Don’t get me wrong, I slept at her brother room. Thanks to Batrisya family for their kindness and warm hospitality :D

To the Malay, especially Sarawakian Malay and the non-Sarawakian Malay residing in Sarawak, Raya is incomplete without Kek Lapis Sarawak. The West Malaysian and Sabahan Malay will buy Kek Lapis Sarawak and sometimes Ikan Terubok Masin before going back to their hometown for Raya or long holiday, and buy as much as they can to give to their relatives and neighbour. Only the 'wet' cake one is recommended to buy, not the 'dry' one, as it is more tasty to eat and sometimes melt in the mouth. How proud am I as Sarawakian :D

Anyway, Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri or Happy Eid Mubarak to all my Muslim friends and have a safe journey.
